PROJECT UPDATE:
The new single-lane peanut shaped roundabout at the intersections of Vermont Route 67A, Silk Road, Matteson Road, and College Drive (Bennington College) is substantially complete.
Over the past two construction seasons, crews worked to improve safety, access, and mobility in the area with a new roundabout, pedestrian and bicycle improvements, upgraded drainage, lighting, landscaping, and other roadway enhancements. The Bennington Roundabout Project reached substantial completion on August 7, 2026.
